We provide 72 hours from the minute you place your order to make any modifications, once this time has passed you will be not be able to make any further changes. Please speak to your Client Support representative for more information.
Delivery & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your item
and will be communicated with you when you place your order.
The time it takes to create a Customized order is dependent on the complexity of the design.
Bridal pieces can take 8-12 weeks, and Formals can take 6-8 weeks. Our Client Support Representative will be able to give you an accurate date when you place your order.
Products are delivered via DHL internationally and via MNP within Pakistan. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the details that will allow you to track your order online.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this reference number you can check the current status of your shipment on the DHL or TCS website.
If you would like to collect your order from our Multan Showroom, please notify the Client Support Representative handling your order and arrange a suitable time and date.
Payment
We process payments through three main channels:
- Cash on Delivery ( limited to orders within Pakistan )
- Local Bank Transfer ( details are listed below)
- International bank transfers (Direct and alternative service providers listed below)

Returns
We have a no returns/refund policy for we our made-to-order customized order.
We are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once processed. If you wish to modify your order, please get in touch with our Client Care Team within 72 hours of placing your order.
